Thanks to yumodata, I'm able to objectively and regularly monitor the satisfaction and commitment of my employees. It's a valuable tool for tracking changes and ensuring that we provide the best possible working conditions for our employees. Thanks to yumodata, we can also effectively prevent psychosocial risks by regularly monitoring the risks of stress, burnout and harassment. I highly recommend this tool.

Frequently Asked Questions
Monitoring is done through a survey sent to all employees every 6 months. We aggregate the responses into numerical indicators. The evolution of these indicators over time and the benchmarks between the different business units inform us about the current working climate, which is crucial for the identification of potential risks during the transformation.
We measure productivity, satisfaction, engagement, quality of supervision, employer and product/service NPS scores, and psychosocial risk.
Each unit of the organization has a cockpit that shows the value and evolution of the indicators and allows to spot risk areas easily.
Yes, we have created several for our clients, such as a diversity indicator or a back-office assessment indicator. This allows us to ask questions that are directly relevant to the transformation plan. This statistical data allows management to make informed decisions to drive change.
