About us

Our Company

Founded in 2007 in Geneva, our company was initially active in the management consulting and management training markets.

In 2009, we started to conduct business transformation projects and we specialized in change management. In 2016 we launched our assessment activities, first for our own needs and then to strengthen our clients' recruitment processes. In 2018 we launched our solution for monitoring engagement and psychosocial risks. Also in 2018 we have opened offices in German-speaking Switzerland.

We are committed to responsible purchasing, favoring environmentally friendly products and services. We give preference to suppliers who adopt sustainable practices in their supply chain and offer products that are recyclable or made from sustainable materials.

Energy management

We are committed to minimizing our energy consumption by implementing energy efficiency measures on our premises. We encourage the use of energy-saving equipment, such as LED light bulbs and certified energy-efficient electronic devices.

Waste management

We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint by implementing effective waste management measures. We promote recycling, composting and encourage our employees to adopt waste reduction practices, such as using reusable products and limiting the use of single-use plastics. We strive to be as paperless as possible.

Mobility plan

We are committed to encouraging sustainable mobility by offering our employees the SBB half-fare season ticket, and by promoting environmentally friendly modes of transport such as car-sharing, public transport and cycling, as well as teleworking where possible. Our only company vehicle is an electric car.
